man found guilty of tor turing a teenage boy is guilty of three life sentences. in november, a jury found him guilty of torture, aggrevated mayhem and six other charges. this is surveillance video of the boy after he es kated from the neighbor's home in december of 2008. he was emaciated, burned and wearing on a chain around his angle and a torn pair of boxer shorts when he showed up at a nearby gym. the commute home is changing for thousands who travel the bay bridge. the 500-ton portion will be a round the clock operation. it makes the tower -- asking

a new study says inheriting it from your mother is much worse. brain scans reveal that more shrinkage of the brains of participants whose mothers have the disease. researchers hope to use this information to collect better treatment for patients. and now, mothers and buying breast milk online in what's become a breast milk black market. both working moms, we know how important it is to breast-feed and how difficult it is when you're at work and how much you rely on having that banked milk, but buying it from someone else on ebay, that hardly sounds safe. >> craigs list, too. we found most of the ads on craigslist and one ebay listing all over the bay area. mothers offering their milk. they say they're looking for extra money for diapers or have

milk to share. many will say they are healthy moms who don't smoke or cink. >> but how can you even verify that and do this while there are legitimate banks? >> you don't know if they are healthy or who they say they are. health experts tell us about the dangers and diseases you could be exposing your baby to. and it isn't only the babies at risk. donor mothers could be in trouble. it's illegal to sell breast milk in california and if your milk makes someone sick, you could be liable. we should make it clear ebay tells us they ban all listings that offer body fluids. craigslist did not return our e-mail. we will have a complete report tonight to show you how one online group is getting around the law. >> there are so many questions around this. so much to know. back to tom. now, let's take a look at our weather. things getting around to normal for this time of the year.

jeff ranieri anding by. jeff? >> oh, yes, after that wild weekend we had with report setting low temperatures and that extremely low snow, take a look at the two weeks. we did have winds topping 65 miles per hour. also, remember that hailstorm that covered interstate 280? that was in the past two weeks. our low, sea level snow where we had flakes in san francisco, santa rosa and napa, also a snow shower into gilroy. today, a lot calmer out there. temperatures in the mid-50s. clear skies looking right towards downtown san francisco, winds southwest at 10 miles per hour. however with the pattern recently, things couldn't stay too calm for too long. rig now, we are seeing showers to the north and that's a sind of things to come here as we look towards our upcoming forecast. right now, near average for san jose. 57 for you, 57 in livermore. 51 in san francisco. as we look at our weather

headlines, what we're going to be talking about is increasing clouds tonight in advance of another system that's going to be moving in tuesday night with wind, isolated flooding and heavy rain at times and we are tracking two different storms here in our seven-day forecast. there is this one for tuesday night. that area of low pressure in the center heading up to the northwest, but the cold front is going to be so aggressive and strong that it will bring widespread rain to the area. we're not going to be tracking sea level snow with this one, then through wednesday, looks like a very wet commute for you. tonight, it's dry. dry as we head to 6:00 a.m. tomorrow. it's not until 6:00 p.m. on tuesday that the rain starts to get close here to the bay area and will be with us as we head through tuesday night. overall, toles pretty good. a half inch to an inch from the north bay down to the south bay and our coastal mountains could

see two plus inches, so flooding could be a concern with this as we head into wednesday morning. also, winds that could top 20 miles per hour in some cases and by wednesday evening, flooding concerns will be on our minds as we track the rivers and streams across the bay area. tuesday, plenty of mid to upper 30s. tomorrow, that system getting closer. it's going to feel very nice for this time of the year. we're kind of right where we should be with temperatures in the upper 50s to near 60 degrees here from the south bay right through the peninsula. get outside and enjoy it early because once the rain returns, you probably will be wishing you had. on your seven-day forecast, that rain returns for tuesday night into wednesday morning. watch the chance of flooding, then get some drying in here

san francisco's customer service center now has its own facebook app. the new 311 service question app allows the public to report basic repair issues city wide. to use, logon to the city's page, click on 311 service questions. select the service you're questi requesting and fill out brief details. you can report problems

they're in. the oscar ratings and no, they did not win best in show. the 83rd annual academy awards was down 10% from year. organizers picked the younger hosts to lure a younger audience, but apparently, it did not work. the younger age group lost 5% of viewer ship from last year. i say bring back billy crystal. he's the one or ellen degeneres.
